We promise to keep your personal information private and your credit card information secure. We use a secure server (as illustrated by the https:// at the beginning of our web address) so that your credit card information is not misused. We also protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
Credit Card Information
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
In order to have your order processed as soon as possible, please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). If you enter incorrect information during the checkout, your credit card may be declined.
Other forms of Payment
Hop'n'Squeak accepts payments via PayPal. We no longer accept personal checks, cashier’s checks or money orders.
£4 shipping rate on all single orders to the United Kingdom. Orders from outside the UK or for multiple pairs of squeaky shoes will be charged additional shipping and handling costs. These costs will be shown at the checkout.
If we foresee a delay in shipping for any reason, we will contact you immediately in order to keep you informed.
We do not guarantee when an order will arrive since many things are out of our control.
DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, BE AWARE THAT THE POST OFFICE IS OFTEN DELAYED!
As a general rule, you should receive your items within ten business days of ordering them. If you have not received your items after fourteen business days, please contact us.
We may, from time to time, send you newsletters about promotions and contests that deal ONLY with our Hop'n'Squeak squeaky shoes. We do NOT sell or give your email addresses to ANYONE. Once you receive a promotional email from us, if you choose to not receive them in the future, please respond to the email with the heading UNSUBSCRIBE. We will take you off of our emailing list within two business days.
