Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied. We inspect our shoes before shipping to make sure they are free of ANY defects.

However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase as long as the shoes are returned in unworn condition and are in their original undamaged box within 20 days of the shipment date.

Our experience has shown us that 95% of shoes sent back to us over 20 days are returned to us with OBVIOUS wear and/or damaged shoe boxes (sometimes no shoe boxes at all!). This places us in an uncomfortable position. As a result, we will NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES over 20 days of shipment date.

Please include in the box a note that tells our staff:

1. your name and address
2. the style/size of shoes you exchanging them for
3. postage for the exchanged shipping costs made payable to Hop'n'Squeak

Please contact us before returning your squeaky shoes/sandals via email or phone to get correct shipping costs for exchanges.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping costs to exchange the squeaky shoes for another size/style of Hop'n'Squeak shoes.

Please note: If you choose to return the shoes to us without sending exchanged postage costs, your credit card will be refunded for the purchase price upon receipt and you will receive a refund receipt via email. Thank you.
